INTERNAL EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please check availability in the first instance on the internal exchange website. If a suitable week is found, then please contact the Internal Exchange Office on 01389 310301 giving details of the desired week. The Internal Exchange team will note the request and contact the other owner. Once both owners agree the exchange, the Internal Exchange team will request the payment of the Exchange Fee of £100.00 per party. Only on receipt of this payment is the exchange final, after which you will receive confirmation.
1. The Internal Exchange programme is administered and facilitated in its entirety by Cameron House Lodges Ltd (CHLL), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 3rd Floor 63 St. James's Street, London, England, SW1A 1LY.
2. All Maintenance Fees must be in good standing for the year being exchanged, prior to your lodge being accepted onto the Internal Exchange Programme.
3. Exchanges can be made into either Cameron House Lodges or Cameron Club Lodges (formerly The Carrick). Please note that if you own at Cameron Club but exchange into a Cameron House property, you will not have use of the Spa facilities when onsite. Use of the Spa facilities will remain with the owner who has exchanged into your lodge.
4. Your lodge must be free from any other External Exchange or Rental programme. It is possible to register your lodge on the company Rental programme and Internal Exchange programme, but this is on request basis only and requires written notification.
5. Short breaks can be exchanged, however if only part of the week is exchanged, we will assume that the remainder of the week will be occupied by you unless you notify us otherwise. A £100.00 Exchange Fee will be charged for each short break. If you choose to occupy the part of the week that has not been exchanged then a £100.00 cleaning fee will apply for Cameron House owners and £50.00 for Cameron Club owners.
6. If you are unable to occupy the Exchanged Lodge, your reservation will be forfeited. It cannot be placed on any other Exchange programme or rented out.
7. The Internal Exchange team will not contact you unless there is an Exchange pending.
8. The Internal Exchange team will assume you are occupying your own lodge if no suitable Exchange is made, unless we are notified otherwise.
9. You may contact the Internal Exchange team at any time prior to a successful exchange to remove your lodge from the Exchange List. This request must be made by email or in writing to the address below.
10. If an exchange has been requested and accepted, you must proceed with the exchange.
11. If you do not respond to an exchange request within seven days, we may cancel the request, to allow the other owner time to consider alternative exchange options.
12. If you are offered more than three suitable exchanges which you reject, we will ask you to update your request information to keep the website as accurate as possible.
13. The Exchange Programme is strictly subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw, vary or suspend the Exchange Programme at any time and without notice. Our only liability to an owner will be to refund the Exchange Fee and we will not otherwise be liable for any compensation, expenses, loss and/or damage sustained by any owner as a result of such withdrawal, variation or suspension of the Exchange Programme.
